The Semacon S-1225 Currency Counter features an intuitively designed control panel including a 10 digit keypad for batching. This makes the counter easy to use and operate in a variety of applications. The full duty cycle components are designed to run for many years in high volume environments. The three variable speeds allow for detection of out of place denominations at the slow speed (800 bills per minute) and maximum efficiency at the high speed (1600 bills per minute). 

The SmartFeed Advanced Banknote Feeding System on the Semacon S-1225 processes all conditions of banknotes quickly and reliably. The SmartCount intelligent banknote screening system analyzes each banknote to detect errors. This counter also features both UV (ultraviolet) and MG (dual magnetic) counterfeit detection. The ultraviolet (UV) detection looks for suspicious banknote paper properties while the dual magnetic (MG) detection looks for suspicious banknote ink properties. All Semacon machines are extensively tested and burned under rigorous conditions in a US facility to assure the highest possible quality and reliability.
