The large AX12842 biometric safe from Barska uses Biosecure technology to safely hold precious belongings, such as jewelry, important documents, money, firearms, electronics, and much more. Your valuables will safely sit behind a steel door that is locked by two solid steel deadbolts. These motorized bolts can only be unlocked by one of three options. First, there is a fingerprint sensor with an internal memory that can save and recognize up to 30 unique fingerprints, that you authorize. Next, there is a digital keypad that unlocks the door when the one pin code you set is typed in. Finally, there are two emergency backup keys provided for use when the power, provided by 4 included AA batteries, runs out. There is also a silent access feature that you can turn on so every time you access the safe it is silent and nobody can hear where you keep it. Additionally, the safe is made of black-coated solid steel with a soft protective mat inside to protect your valuables from damage. The safe also has predrilled mounting holes and comes with all required mounting hardware, so it is quick and easy to install.
