Hornady has designed the 95407 Fireproof Keypad Safe with heavy-duty 16 gauge steel body construction and an extra thick 8 gauge steel door. Plus, it has a fireproof rating of 30 minutes, tested at outside temperatures up to 1400 degrees F. The outside is protected by an electronic lock with a key override. This allows you to get into the safe if the batteries die. The lock has a LED visual warning light when the battery is running low.
The inside of the Hornady 95407 Fireproof Keypad Safe has an interior light that automatically illuminates when you open the safe. This allows you to see your safe contents in the dark. The removable interior shelf allows for easy organization plus the protective carpet interior safeguards handguns and valuables from damage. The outside is painted with a black powder coat finish. There are anchor holes and concrete anchor bolts to secure this safe to a solid surface.
