Browning CR30 Caliber Series Gun Safe
Browning has launched the special edition CR30 Caliber Series Gun Safe for the summer of 2022. If you have a large mix of handguns and rifles, this is the gun safe for you. It has 10 pistol pouches on the door for your handguns. It will hold a total of 20 long guns inside the safe. Because this safe is 58" tall and 24" wide, it will fit inside of a closet. It also has extra room at the top with adjustable shelves for other items, valuables, and paperwork.
Browning had the CR30 Caliber Series Gun Safe tested for both fire and burglar protection. It has a UL Residential Security Container burglar rating plus a 45 minute fire rating tested at outside temperatures up to 1400 degrees Fahrenheit. The body is made of 12-gauge steel and the door is a 1" formed steel. It has 8 - 1" bolts of which 4 are active and 4 are deadbolts (non moving) on the hinge side to prevent pry attacks. A UL rated electronic lock allows you to set your own personal combination for quick access.
The outside of the Browning CR30 Caliber Series Gun Safe is painted a gun metal gray finish. Inside is Browning's standard shelving (not Axis or CMS Compatible). The interior is finished in a nice-looking dark grey fabric. To open the door, just turn the three-spoke matte black handle.
