Other security features include a 5-point locking bar, full-width piano hinge, and lock and handle protected by an additional layer of 1/8" steel. It is California Department of Justice (CDOJ) approved for firearm safety.
Mesa provides 4 pre-drilled anchor holes located on the bottom and 2 pre-drilled anchor holes located on the back of the MUBG652E Under Bed Gun Safe. This will allow you to bolt it to the floor or the wall. An anchor kit is included with the safe. Mesa also includes a 1-year warranty as well.
The Mesa MUBG652E Under Bed Gun Safe features an electronic lock as a standard option. It has a light above the keypad for use in the dark (which under a bed normally is). It also has an override key emergency system in case something happens to the lock or you forget your combination. The lock will hold up to 2 user codes which you can change easily at any time.
