This means that you can program all of your fingerprints plus any trusted relatives or friends that you want to give access to your pistol. You can also open the safe with your custom PIN set in the safe. This can be changed at any time. As you open the safe, the spring-loaded locking mechanism will open quickly, presenting access to your pistol in the event of an emergency.

The biometric lock operates on 4 AA batteries that are included with each purchase.
