The Original Pistol Safe model STL-PB-HD by Stealth is designed with a solid steel 10 gauge body and a massive 3/16" solid steel wrap-around door. The security on the Stealth Handgun Safe is equal to most large full-size gun safes on the market. It is also much stronger than most handgun safes available by other brands.

Compared to other name brands, the Stealth Original Handgun Safe STL-PB-HD adds (2) 3/8" steel lugs, a thicker brass locking bolt, and two solid steel dead bars. This along with the continuous welded hinge will add a significant amount of added pry-resistant to the safe. If it is bolted down, this makes it near impossible to get into. 

The Stealth Original Handgun Safe STL-PB-HD features one of the most reliable locks on the market today; the Simplex Lock. No need for batteries, electronics, or failure-prone biometric readers. It will open every single time you need it, especially in the event of an emergency. With the possibility for up to 1,081 possible combinations, it would take someone hours to try every possible combination. 

Stealth has added another bonus feature on the Original Pistol Safe by encasing the lock in steel and creating a punch resistant housing. Even if the lock is smashed, your pistols and valuables are still safe inside. 

After the correct combination is entered on the Stealth STL-PB, you will notice the gas piston assist that will help lift the door and hold it in place. This makes it easy to open and close the door with not much effort. Once open, the protective high-density foam will allow you to customize the exact fit and finish of your handgun.

There are 4 pre-drilled mounting holes to mount to a solid surface. This could be in a car, nightstand drawer, or even a flat surface. You can even fit a security cable through the mounting holes if you are not able to bolt this safe down. This could secure to a bedpost or desk. This also allows for the portability of your firearm.
