Winchester had the Pony 19 Gun Safe tested for 60-minute fire protection with outside temperatures up to 1400 degrees F. A Palusol Heat Expandable Door Seal is standard. The outside features 12 gauge steel body construction. To prevent pry attacks, there is a 2-way locking bolt system with 10 bolts, 1" in diameter. The door is also recessed so that it makes it harder to pry the door open. 

Because the Winchester Pony 19 Gun Safe PO6028-19-11E has external hinges, the door can open a full 180 degrees. Compare this to safes with internal hinges where the door only opens 90 degrees and it makes it harder to put your items in the safe and take them out. This gun safe will hold up to 24 long guns inside. Winchester also includes a Lifetime Warranty with this gun safe.  The outside of the safe is locked by a UL Listed S&G EMP Electronic Lock.

Make sure to add 1.5" to the depth for the hardware. The inside dimensions are 58.00" high by 26.00" wide by 15.00" deep. The interior cubic feet is 13.09. It weighs 435 pounds in total.
